Community Participation Services (CPS)
CPS participants continue to volunteer at the following organizations:
Twice per Week
Art of Recycle
Ephrata Area Social Services
Once per Week
Country Gift & Thrift
Every Other Week
Dynamis World Ministries
As the winter season approaches, our hope is to increase our frequency at Art of Recycle and/or Unto.
CPS staff have exercised their creativity muscles recently as they brainstorm ideas of places to take participants for free community outings. As the weather changes, recent popular spots to practice socialization and community integration include Park City Mall,
That Fish/Pet Place, Barnes & Noble, various thrift stores, and more.
We are always interested in receiving suggestions from community members and participant families; so feel free to email Eileen Campbell, Associate Coordinator of Employment & Community Services, at email@example.com.

~Griff C. and Rosa H. love being surrounded by all the beautiful fall flowers.
Small Group Employment (SGE)
SGE participants are continuing to hone their skills at their various work sites.
They work hard labeling, assembling, and packing product at Levi’s Building Components three days per week.
They complete janitorial duties once per week at:
Eastern Lancaster County Library,
Kauffman’s Fruit Farm, and
Salem E&R Church
We have entered the last month of lawncare services! Participants continue to mow grass at area residences and churches, but have shifted the focus to completing tasks like leaf blowing and collecting.
Supported Employment (SE)
Lighthouse employment specialist, Sam Lopez, is continuing to work with an individual on job finding and development in the Ephrata area.
